Hello!

I’m Johnny. I’ve been coaching for over fifteen years, helping hundreds move better, feel stronger, and build a life they’re proud of.

 

I run a small coaching business and personally look after around sixty clients, so everyone gets real attention, real support, and nothing watered down.

 

I went through a really tough chapter in my early adult life , and it shaped the way I live and coach today. I lead by example with a simple, balanced approach built on movement, good food, mental clarity, steady habits, and getting the most out of each day without burning out.

 

Part of what I teach is grounded in natural, flow based movement. Think of it as learning to move the way humans are built to move. Crawling, flowing, shifting, rotating. It’s not about heavy weights or machines. It’s about using your body intelligently. Improving mobility, flexibility, coordination and full body stability. It reconnects you to how your body naturally moves, builds real strength and awareness, and brings back a sense of freedom most people lose as they get older.
